Activities Over one hundred activities will keep young students engaged in research. Three categories of activities—"Be it!", "Make it!", and "Think it!" cover a variety of curriculum topics. Be It activities are designed for students who learn best through acting out different situations such as "Dig In! Pretend to Be a Geologist!", an activity that teaches about the soil and its contents. Make It activities are designed for students who learn best through hands-on activities such as "Paper Maker" an activity teaching students how to recycle and create new paper from old paper. Think It activities include analytical exercises and puzzles which challenge students to work out different thought problems. Activities are also formatted as a "Teach it!"—a hands-on lesson plan that incorporates a variety of core curriculum subjects and correlates to national standards.
