Approximately 13,000 historical articles from past World Book Year Book volumes present a "you-are-there" account of the most significant events of each year. The articles were written during the year in which the events took place and they reflect the style and thinking of that time.
Users can search or browse for topics in Student and select Back in Time in the drop-down "Filter by" menu.
You can also browse Back in Time articles by going to Advanced Search → Browse Back in Time by Year.
The year of publication is included in each Back in Time article link. This helps users search for articles written in the years that are relevant to their search.
